Exchanges and Refunds

Thank you so much for choosing to purchase our products, we hope you love and enjoy them as much as we love and enjoy making them.

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please advise us within 7 (seven) days of receiving your order. Please send us by email  (hello@ayabalm.co.za) advising us of what it is that you are not happy with.

We will be more than willing to refund, exchange or replace your order, however the products ordered will have to be in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition.

When an exchange or refund is requested, the purchaser will be liable for the courier costs of returning our beautiful products to us. AYA H.O. will need to consider the condition of the product ordered and returned before a refund or exchange is made.
