Orders within South Africa:

Delivery in South Africa we charge R100.00 no matter how large or small you order is. Orders over R450.00 qualify for free shipping.

When we send out your order you receive a tracking number so you are able to track your parcel on line, we either use ARAMEX or Fastway couriers, and you generally receive your order within 1-3 working days depending where you are in our beautiful country. 

When you track your parcel online, you will be made aware of any courier delays, and please don't hesitate to get hold of us if you haven't received your order within the allocated time frame. Please contact us at hello@ayabalm.co.za

International Orders:

We are currently setting this option on our online store, in the interim please contact hello@ayabalm for assistance. 

Please be aware that each country has its own customs and import duties and that these are for purchasers responsibility and for the purchasers account.
