Delivery in South Africa
- Free delivery on orders of R450 and up.
- Orders under R450: R100 delivery fee.
- We deliver anywhere in South Africa with The Courier Guy.
When your order ships
Orders are packed by hand and dispatched every Tuesday and Friday.
Delivery times
Delivery times depend on where you are: main centres are usually quicker than outlying areas.
Tracking your order
Leave your email and phone number at checkout and you'll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
If your order hasn't arrived when expected, please email us at keren@ayabalm.co.za and we'll follow it up with the courier.
International orders
We don't currently ship outside South Africa through our online store. If you're overseas and would like to order, email us at keren@ayabalm.co.za and we'll see what we can do. Any customs or import duties are the buyer's responsibility.
