AYA Balm is a petroleum-free, food-grade, multi-purpose healing balm built around a single hero ingredient: raw fermented papaya, stabilised in-house since 2012. Before fermented skincare became a trend, we were making it in our kitchen.

What it does:

A tiny amount - think rice grain - goes a long way. It seals, soothes, and gently repairs without clogging pores, without synthetic chemicals, and without the greasy finish you get from petroleum-based balms.

Use it on dry lips, cracked heels, eczema patches, nappy rash, razor burn, cuticles, chafing, minor wounds, and anything else your skin throws at you. Safe for babies, pregnancy, breastfeeding, and the whole family.

Why raw fermented papaya?

Papain - the proteolytic enzyme in papaya - breaks down dead skin cells gently, without the irritation of acids. Fermentation makes those enzymes more bioavailable, which means they actually get to work. No sting. No redness. Just skin that heals.

What's in it:

Raw fermented papaya extract, beeswax (sourced directly from South African beekeepers, not cosmetic-grade), sweet almond oil, olive oil, lavender essential oil, eucalyptus essential oil, tea tree essential oil. That's it.

What's not in it:

No petroleum. No synthetic fragrance. No parabens. No silicones. If you wouldn't eat it, it's not in here.
